At Winamp, the team isn't limited to projects. We enjoy getting together, sharing simple moments, and creating connections beyond meetings.
Every month, there's an afterwork to unwind, toast, and sometimes dance a little. Every two months, a sports or fun activity: ping-pong tournament, beach volleyball, yoga, running club... Everyone finds their thing. At noon, we gather around a large table for lunch, often with dishes from the building's restaurant. And sometimes, colleagues become friends.
These moments are not just a bonus: they are the core of our culture. Because a united team is also built outside of the professional framework.
